How to watch
STEP1 Register an account (for first-time users)
You must register an account to purchase a video.Registering an account is free.
*If you have already registered an account, please proceed to STEP 2.
1. Click "Register" on the top menu bar.
Or, open "Sign in" on the top menu bar and click "Sign up here" under "Need an account? Sign up here.".2. A verification code will be sent to your email address.
This is done to confirm that the email address is yours.Enter your email address, agree to the terms of use and privacy policy, check "I read and agree to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.", and click "Send Verification Code".
3. Enter the verification code.
Enter the verification code sent to you by email and click "Verify".4. Enter your account information.
After entering your account information, click "Confirm".5. Register your account information.
Check the registration details and click "Register" to complete your account registration.You will also receive a registration completion email to your registered email address, so please check it.
STEP2 Purchase a program
1. Click "Program" on the top menu bar.
*Please check the recommended viewing environment before purchasing.*The only program currently on sale is "An Abridged Summary of Spaceflight History and Lessons Learned".
2. If you are not signed in, click "Purchase/Watch Videos" to sign in.
*If you are already signed in, proceed to 3.3. Click "Purchase this program".
Check your order details and select your payment method.4. Pay by credit card or apply for invoice issuance.
[Paying by credit card]Enter your credit card information and click "Pay now" to confirm the payment and complete the purchase immediately.
When your purchase is complete, you will receive a purchase completion email to your registered email address, so please check it.
[Payment by bank transfer]
Enter your billing information and click "Apply for invoice issuance" to complete the invoice issuance application.
We will issue an invoice, so when you receive the invoice, please transfer the money to the bank account listed on the invoice by the due date.
Once we confirm your payment and set up your viewing start, your purchase will be complete.
When your purchase is complete, you will receive a purchase completion email to your registered email address, so please check it.
STEP3 Confirm purchased programs and issue receipts
1. After signing in, click "My Page" on the top menu bar.
The My Page menu will be displayed.2. Click "Purchase History".
On the history screen, you can:- View program purchase history
- Issue receipts
STEP4 Change account information and stop e-mail newsletters
1. After signing in, click "My Page" on the top menu bar.
The My Page menu will be displayed.2. Click "Account".
3. Click "Edit" for the item you want to change.
After entering the changes, click "Register" to complete the changes.Recommended viewing environment
